Jerry Mae was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves behind her son, Dale Groff, and daughter, Nobie Holley-Dean, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts. The family will be present to receive visitors at the Roach Funeral Home in Gassaway on Friday, November 17, 2023, from 6 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, November 18th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A funeral service, presided over by Pastor Jason Allen, will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1 p.m. Following the service, Jerry Mae will be laid to rest at the Wandling-Groff Family Farm Cemetery near Heaters, West Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Jack Stalnaker Athletic Scholarship in memory of Jerry Mae’s late brother.
